We are modern and liberal .
These Khabees , Jahils are the product of our establishment .
In the old days our rulers were educated but this inter pass community imposed all non-senses on us

They may have intermediate qualification when they join Kakul etc. but your average general these days speaks better english and gives a better account of himself in front of the media than your average politician.

jinhein kursiyon par baithney ki tameez nahi; baat karney ka dhang nahin (talkshows par kutton ki tarah lartey hein…pardon my french), woh aaj parliamentarians baney bethey hein! not saying everyone is like that but 70-80% of our elected representatives are illiterate and uncivilised
