What is the point of this post Muqawwee? I must say it’s a very very misleading post.
I hope you do know that it’s ultimately the archaeologist who decide these things. One particular set of safety and quality assurance rules cannot be applied to all World Heritage sites. They are all incredibly unique and have different areas of concern. I hope you also know that some of World heritage sites are more sensitive and in fact, sufficiently endangered, while some of them are perfectly able to stand the test of time. Unfortunately, Moenjodaro falls in the former category.
You can appreciate Zardari Kids’ efforts for all you want, but for sake of personal integrity, please do not dismiss the completely legitimate concerns of our very own Pakistani archaeologist (some of them are actually employees of Sindh government) and a High Court decision. I can assure you, these archaeologists know a thing or two more about extremely and high risk delicate condition of ancient City of Moenjodaro than me, you and Bilawal Zardari.
