Law and Order is provincial subject. Why ask help from federal govt and than handicap the rangers? Btw, PPP was fine when rangers were after MQM, but as soon as they started to go after PPP people it all the sudden question of country's survival?
So why you object if provincial government is curtailing their powers? Rangers are not the only solution to problems of Karachi. They have no right to arrest civilians regarding corruption. If you don't agree with this, then they should first arrest, corrupt generals, PM, his brother and all cronies who were/are maha corrupt in looting the wealth of Pakistan if they have any balls.
