One cup of gram (channa) (250 grams) daal soaked for two hours
1 Kg beef - very small pieces
Masalas : lal mirch(1 tablespoon), zeera powder (1 tablespoon), gram masala powder(half tablespoon), salt (one tablespoon) bari illachi and garlic cloves (to be cooked with meat and daal)
Onions, mint, bullet green chillies and ginger to be chopped and then added to the mix (to be added after cooking)l
Egg whites takes in air and inflate and its easy to make kabab from them and then it is less in cholesterol as well. Anyway my mother used mix a whole egg in the mashed stuff instead of layering it while frying.
