I have decided to go for a maxi or long dress for bhai’s wedding. I want to know what colour would look good with that in combination? Also, i want to see pictures of silver grey dresses.

Go with red/maroon or emerald green trimmings! Black would look good to but won't be as striking as red or green

Teal/Green - Like it
Purple/Lilac - This is what the bride is wearing, so i dont want to take her colour
Shocking pink - already have a similar shade for the mehendi dress
Red/Deep red - My favourite so far (the colour i like is this one

I like teal too but thats a lot like sea green and that too is in the bride's dress. I dont want to take any of the colours she has in her dress so deep red & silver was my preference.
I want the whole dress to be red & the kaam on dress & the duppata colour be silver grey.

Hi! Im not sure how grey your grey is. Im getting a darker (almost charcoal) grey a-line chiffon shirt with silver & dull gold zari work made, i put a 5'' wide maroon velvet patti at the base, it really brings the colours to life. Hope that helps!

If you are going for grey shade, emarld green or moonlit blue color will look just perfect on it.
I recently did an anarkali with grey base and applic work on emerald green, with silver nakshi work, came out really pretty. You should try the combo.
If you are going for red, try burnt orange shade. Trust me the combo will make the dress WOW.
But its important that you choose bright a nice shade of red, like the pic you posted, not the dull or something that gets pink tone. And a burnt orange shade with red undertones and nothing too bright.
What material are you looking to go for the maxi, colors vary with material type too.
