Anyone here taken a four day Silva Method course? If you have, would you recommend it? Why or Why not?

A friend of mine was reading that book recently...
I have read the books and infact listened to the audio course. Just wondering if I am missing anything by not attending the class. It seems a bit costly and just wants to make sure.
