I am very sleep deprived in my second trimester and making silly errors here and there.. the memory isnt great either but this one takes the cake!
Woke up in the morning, found out that cell phone wasn’t charged enogh so grabbed the charger while leaving home.. got to work, tried putting in the charger in the outlet and found out that I had “Pakistani” charger with me which doesnt work with the outlets here! So a coworker asked me if I had motorolla since thats the charger Iw as trying to plug in, nodded my head, he went to his car, grabbed his motorolla charger for me.. I try to plug that in only to find out I own a NOKIA cell phone!!!

Mrs A.. I left the home keys in the car that I was exchanging with a friend for a day.. drove home over an hour drive and only then I realized what I had just done

Hubby-the-hero drove back home, got the correct shoe, met me back at work. And I was spared some humiliation (my colleagues HAD noticed, and did NOT let me forget :D ).
Thank goodness they were both flats! Can imagine how out of it I would have to be to wear different size heels?

The shoe thing is so funny haha… I bet the tummy even stopped u from seeing the mistake
I remember with the first pegnancy… Id managed to put myself together and make a hearty salad that had all kinda fruits and veggies in it… Took me forever to peel and slice… And i was mega hungry… Got it made… Came and sat down…
Was bout to take e first bite when i noticed peels and seeds and other crap.To my horror i realized …in my daze… I had thrown away the bowl with he salad and kept the bowl holding the garbage to eat. I think i cried that day
Numerous times i put my face wash on my toothbrush thinking it was toothpasteAnd lets not forget the memory loss over names. Often i threaten the son using thebhusband’s nameFx: (husband’s name), sit properly on e potty! Midget corrects me every time.
Sleep deprivation is for a very good reason why they use it as a method of torturing prisoners… Sadly when u become a mother, there is just no end to it… Not even when ure kid is 70. !

i had to be so careful sending emails at work because i didn't want to do a reply all and end up messaging the whole company something stupid. this is after i sent off a link to a south asian bridal magazine to one colleague at work instead of the work email i was meant to send her, which i sent off to a friend of mine instead. d'oh!

I wore two different shoes to work.
And I'm a teacher; you can imagine how students might react!
Maybe my story will make you feel better. I'm also a teacher and I usually don't wear socks to work because the weather is generally warm here. I do get cold easily and so last winter I work socks and sneakers to work. I was in a hurry getting ready for work in the morn...and couldn't find a matching pair of socks. SO I thought "Screw it" and grabbed the black sock and the Pepto-Bismol colored sock in front of me. I thought that it was no big deal since people can't see the color of your socks when you're wearing sneakers. Anyhow..it was a Friday....and the khutbah was over.....and all the kids and teachers got into the rows to pray. I didn't want to be late...and without thinking...I quickly took off my sneakers and FORGOT to remove my socks...and stood in line............NEXT to the Principal of all people. That was embarrassing, lol....and I wasn't pregnant...so maybe I have less of an excuse for such carelessness.

Two nights ago I clicked on the last text I had gotten, intending to reply back to her. Midway through, I changed my mind and decided to text my cousin instead. and I hit send. Without changing the name.
