Agree. Muhabbat main Izhar boht zaroori hai, kiunke mehboob ki fitrat main waise hi la parwahi hoti hai.
Aur kai dafa to ek dafa ke izhaar se bhi kaam nahin chalta.. 'Yes I'm with you and for you' ka lafzi aur amali, musalsal izhar na ho to baaz oqaat muhabbaten kamzor pad jati hain, kiyunke jahan muhabbat khushguman hoti hai wahan bala ki badguman bhi hoti hai.

I think no one disagrees to what we are saying for importance of expressing your love. Then why people are reluctant to express their love and once the time is gone, they start crying:

I think ‘Fear of loss’ should dominate the ‘Fear of rejection’. If you are rejected, you don’t have regret that you lost the person without exprssing your love. You will always think ‘If I could have expressed, may be I hadn’t lost that person’.
