In American court, Americans accused her of this incident though she denied saying that she did not.

Regardless of the incident being true or false, one thing from her own statements (or statements of her lawyers on her behalf) in American courts defending herself on ground that she did not tried to kill the soldiers as she was physically weak and hence incapable of doing so, and not claiming anything else … like she was already prisoner of Americans who arrested her not in Afghanistan but Pakistan, etc … shows that she did got arrested in Afghanistan where she went to help Taliban against Americans.

Did we get a full press-briefing from her ‘independently’ about the situation? Very likely she said in defense of the accusation, next you will object ‘why she didn’t tell that she divorced her husband…’ too? And even if she did say that she was taken to Afghanistan after being kidnapped/arrested from Pakistan people are not going to believe that part of the story.
