You based that on what evidence? She was arrested in Afghanistan plotting to attack the targets in the US. During the arrest she tried to kill a NATO solider. She is hardly innocent & fact that she is in jail is one less terrorist to worry about, IMHO.

While I dont have much sympathy for terrorists but this statement that she tried to kill American soldiers while she was in their custody and they casually left a loaded rifle with the catch off near her in order that she could attack them, yeah right.
