Sikh yatrees express gratitude over hospitality, love

LAHORE: Sardar Kuldeep Singh Wandala and Sikh leader Sardar Amreek Singh Wachhwa on Monday expressed their gratitude to the Pakistani people for the love, care and hospitality extended to the Sikh yatrees (pilgrims) during their sojourn in Pakistan.

“We can never forget the love and care of the people of Pakistan. The Pakistanis and the government have won our hearts by the facilities and the VIP protocol given to us in Pakistan,”

the Sikh yatrees said before their departure to India by Samjhota Express at the Wagha Railway Station. The yatrees were attending the 470th anniversary of Guru Nanank Dev. They showed satisfaction over the treatment of the minorities in Pakistan. app

They are most welcome to visit and perform their pilgrimage. It is Pakistan's responsibility to provide for them security, comfort, and all possible accomodations. Glad to hear they were satisfied.

Pakistan hosts many each year who visit towns of Hasan Abdal, and Nankana Sahib.
