What are the signs. My child writes mirror image of letters. She writes b as p and c the other way round. She’s.not really interested in school or visually reading writing. She can write capital letters better than small letters.
She knows the alphabet etc in her head and can speak very well but writing and reading is a problem
Could this also be because she never went school.before. I don’t know very worried

I think a lot of what you're describing is normal for a pre schooler, but if you lingering doubts, consult the diagnostician at her school. Has her teacher voiced any concerns?

Dyslexia is not diagnosed before grade 2. She is just 4.

My 7 yo (2nd grader) sometimes asks me J right side pe hota hai ya left pe ?

She's fine. My kid wrote that way in first grade (6) years old and I was worried but the teacher said it's fine to do that until even age 8.

if i remember correctly she has just started school , give her a break ! all kids do that , my daughter still does it with b and d , not in writing but in reading ....she will be fine just be patient with her.

i don't think there is anything to worry about. My brother wrote 1-100 completely mirror image in a test in school, i think he was like 3 or 4 too.

She has only started school so nothing to worry about.
There r plenty of apps where kids can trace the letters, this is how my 4 year old learnt all the alphabet. U can also get whiteboards with dotted alphabet on it so kids can practice and rub out.

Honestly, there is no need to make her rush into writing and reading alphabets. Yes, work with her on her pace but don't dump apps, tracing papers, etc etc on her. Do one activity with her every day or every other day. But if she is getting frustrated, clean up do something else.
