I was wondering if anyone has ever had a dream where someone close to them has died and the dream has become a reality say the next day or shortly afterwards?
If so, what significance if any does this have?
p.s. is there any selected surahs that you can read or duas for a testing and difficult day to go well. thanks very much.

Reading Surah Yaseen at the beginning of the day is always good.
Yes, in my family we've all had dreams like that which came true. I guess it's some sort of forebode of what's going to happen.
Dreams can be warnings too, like signaling your imaan is getting weak and you should do something about it, or they can signal difficult times are ahead for example. They can also be good news.
Sometimes a dream is just a dream. I think you sence that when you wake up, if a dream is a signal or just a dream.
