I did normal registered signatures**. I’m pretty expert in it, and I love them… One can only read the initial “M” of my name.. and i remember when I signed it on page one, some one commented right there, that what a PERFECT professional signatures! I am impressed..

I got pretty normal while signing… Though before that Nikkah I was crying beacuse of the fear of entering into a new life.. Sab kuch itna achaak hua tha k ronay ka bhi time nhi tha or na kuch sochne ka… I was in the side-room with few of my cousins when two unlces of mine came up with Nikkah papers..

I was rather laughing.. I had purchased a golden color parker pen for Nikkah, and a net duppata to put on my face at the time of Nikkah, put them all in a shopping bag, and gave it to my sis… The two uncles came so suddenly, taht she rushed to my mom for the shopping bag, pulled that net duppata over me, and gave the pen to me… I laughed on the situation because there were three people at the time offering me pen.. and I was syaing where is MY pen.. I was hivering so much that the pen didnt worked out..
I was that much confident that I signed the place where my hubby is supposed to sign. Lol.

There is the same option written in the nikkah papers.. Virgin/widow/divorced?

haha .that is funny.

something similar happed with me also. I was getting ready and was wearing my red-shirt with a tang pajamaa (the one we wear under lehnga ) and there was no dupata.suddenly few men of family (abu ,uncles) came inside the room with mula.
my beaution was like wait a min we need to find her dupata .they couldnt find it so someone threw a towel on my head and the next thing I remember was having a towel ghonghat and signing nikah namaa :-/ . lolz I signed twice on same page ( was so nervous)

funny situation , had she said , abhi mein ready nahin hoon … her uncles and specially the mulla would have freaked out that the girl is gonna send the baraat back … … this happened to a friend of mine !!

they asked from the door , if they may come in for the nikkah … she was busy with some tayyari and didnt listen … they called her name a few times , she realized and from inside the door she said loudly , I cant do it … i am not ready for it … ( as in i am getting ready ! )

the next thing she knw .. all the elderly aunties and her parents nd grandparents were knocking her door down, came in, lectured her … and she was standing shell shocked wondering what exactly happened … no body was letting her talk … ! :CareBear:

she assumed something had happened on the boy’s side and got emotional and started crying … until her father came forward and told her , ager tum nai aaj inkaar kia tou you are not my daughter anymore ! and she was like , larka inkaar ker dai ga to miere haan kehnay sai kia ho ga …

and thats when her bhabi realised there was miscommunication and she shouted a huge … shut-up everyone … and cleared things out !!!

they quickly had the nikkah naama signed and everyone left telling each other , lets not tell anyone this happened !!!

I know its darn funny .. we still cant stop laughing everytime we think of that incident … you know thats a very sensitive time and everyone is feeling stressed out and little things can get blown out of proportion …

my friend gets so angry when we cant stop laughing .. coz all that emotional drama and she wasnt wearing a water proof eye liner … poor girl … she had to fix her makeup again !!

Yeah , she cringes when she catches us laughing on her little incident and goes : " i aint getting married ever again … " and "shukkar hai life mein aik hi shadi hoti hai " …

yeah thats what we say too sometimes ! but that time when it was happening , the last thing any one would have thought was recording it ! the temperature in that room was above 500 degrees !! with everyone yelling and crying and etc etc on the poor girl !!!

^ HAHAHAH LOL i can imagine awww... the poor bride deserved a big ol hug after a crazy thing like tht!!

i wonder if tht has ever happend in reality at a desi wedding where the bride and or groom dont want to get married on their wedding day in front of guests??

I no an incident took place on the wedding day but not in front of the guest it happend way b4 the time of the reception the grl denied marrying the guy for some reason dont know wut tho my uncle was the caterer for tht wedding and the family still paid for the food and distributed to i dont know who it was crazy and very sad.
