Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

I received this as an email forward. I will PM the link to the article for those who want to see pictures, below is just the article for the faint hearted:

[note: the haqq of this story is disputable]

On this photo a 18-year old young man who died in one of hospitals of Oman.
The corpse of the boy has been dug out from a tomb in 3 hours after his
funeral under the insisting of his father. The boy died in hospital and has
been buried under the Islamic law and on the same day after obligatory
ablution of the body. However after funeral the father has doubted of the
diagnosis of doctors and wanted to identify the true reason of his death.

Relatives and his friends shocked when they saw the corpse. He was
completely different within 3 hours. He turned grey as the very old man with
traces of obvious tortures and the most severe beating and with the broken
bones of hands and legs, with the edges broken a, nd pressed into a body.
All His body and face were full of bruise.

The open eyes-showed hopeless fear and pain. The blood obviously attributes
that the boy has been subjected to the most severe torture. Close relatives
of the dead man have addressed to Islamic scientists who have unequivocally
declared that it is available results of tomb torture which the Allah (
s.w.t) and in the Hadis of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) have warned. The shocked
father of the boy has admitted that his son was spoilt, did not do Solat,
and had a carefree way of life, having involved in different sins.

Each died person comes across tests in the tomb for exception Shahids who
died in Jihad on the way of Allah. This is first terrible test which the
person comes across before the Doomsday.

In Hadis of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w):

After the death the spirit of died person will return to a body then two
Angels will come, Munkar and Nakir, and will ask: “Who is your Lord?” he
will answer: “my Lord - Allah “. Then they will ask: “What is your
religion?” he will answer: “My religion - Islam”. Then they will ask him:
“Who that person who has been sent to you?” he will answer: “He is the
Prophet of Allah “. Then they will ask him: “How do you know?” He will
answer: “I read the Book of Allah and trusted Him.And then from heavens the
voice will come: ” My Slave has told the truth, lay it to bed from Paradise
and open the Gate of Paradise ” - then it will be full of pleasure and he
begins to feel paradise pleasure, and his tomb becomes spacious, that eyes
can reach.

The Prophet of Allah Muhammad ( s.a.w) said about the sinners. After the
death the spirit of died person will return to the body then two Angels will
come and ask, “Who is your Lord?” he will answer: “I do not know”. Then they
will ask: ” Who that person who has been sent to you?” he again will answer:
I “do not know” - and then from the sky the voice will come: “he told a lie,
Put him into a box from fire and open before it the Gate of a hell! “-then
it will be captured with heat of the hell, and his tomb becomes narrow and
the edges will be compressed.
In Hadis it is also said, that Angels will severely beat the sinners during
interrogation in the tomb and this torture will be awful. It is informed
also, that our Messenger (s.a.w) supplicated to Allah to protect Him from
tortures of a tomb and asked other people to do so.

The history of 18-year old young men is a sign for believers and this is
only next fairy tale for whom hearts are sealed by Allah. They look and do
not see, listen and do not hear?

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

Done.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

I live in Oman never heard of this thing.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

sorry to bust your bubble
Although the islamic references you have quoted are true and we should all be afraid of the azab e qabr. But this whole email thing and the picture is a hoax. It came into circulation a long time ago and has no relevance....

Similar to some dude posting the pic of Maulana Roomi's grave and claiming it as an inside shot of the Holy Prophet's (PBUH) grave.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

I agree with U S.

I don't think that signs of torture physically appear on the dead body. There are many corpses dug out for post-mortem and never heard any had such finding. Remember most of the dug out are not muslims. So i am higly skeptical of this story.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

exactly, not skeptical but simply unbelieveable

as a rule, discard all these circulating emails which say you to send it to12 more prople or you will die or have a loss

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

^^ I never forward such sms's or e-mails.....

Hoax or no hoax .... the message behind the e-mail is what muslims (like myself) sometimes need reminding.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

no hard feelings, i never meant to implicate you

just wanted to let the people know that they should not get carried away with emotions on reception of such mails or e-mails

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

Assalam Alaikum,
As per the authentic teachings of Mohammed (saws) without doubt there exist "azab" in the grave.
But the subject mail in question, is a big exclamation, together with ??????, basically nobody can authenticate this information and it is always possible that, the people who have circulated this material might have deliberate unknown reasons and motives behind.
In the past, it has happened number of times that, unknown organizations have distributed similar print material (hard copy) to muslims and aswell to non-muslims with a motive "as they proclaime" purely to educate people amend bad habits. It rather had adverse affect on the minds of people.
However, our concern is not to believe such propogations, primarily we believe (have faith) that there exist grave punishment and ample evidence is available in the authentic tradition of our Prophet (saws).
To safeguard our EMAN, to remain sincere on HIS religion and to be a practicing muslim, itself elevates our position and eliminates many such queries.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

Such stories woulod have a good effect when told to illiterate muslims, it would make them shrink & tremble in fear.

Unfortunately the people on this discussion board are educated and can think for themselves before they start accepting such talk.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

i wonder why such stories r always 'told' to happen in Oman????

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

Lot of superstition in the area. Also Samri Jadogar is supposedly from Salalah which a southern city of Oman.

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

according to my info from ppl who I know to live there....oman is a really backward country compared to the rest of the gulf countries of KSA, QATAR, UAE...
and it is ruled by a non-sunni Khawarig....they practice and believe in a lot of non-sense...
could be wrong...
WAllahu Alam

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

is it true that there is a grave of a prophet in Salalah?

Re: Sign of Allah: Torture in the Grave

It's kind of backward because they don't have lot of high rise buildings unlike the rest of the brand spanking new shiny gulf states, lots of history though, the place is full of old forts, museums and gardens. The education level among the nationals is the highest in the whole middle east becasue unlike other gulf states they have to work for living.

Regarding the ruler I am not really sure but ppl are very freindly, religious and majority is sunni.
