Ok here goes...

Sight: 1)something seen or worth seeing 2) the process, function, or power of seeing; the special sense of which the eye is the receptor and by which qualities of appearance are perceived 3)inspection 4) a device that aids the eye in aiming 5) view, glimpse 6)the range of vision

That is the dictionary definition. Sight is a sense, both physical and psychological...i think anyways. There are people who have eyes but cannot see, and there are blind people who can see. So sight is not just a physical thing, but psychological and perhaps spiritual.

I think sight is the ability to determine what is apparent and what is not so apparent. Sight is also the ability to distinguish what is really there and what is not<---reality vs. dreamworld maybe...I mean if we live in a dream world and refuse to face reality then are we not blind in a way?

I guess sight to me is the ability to see, not just physically, but in everyway. To keep my mind wide open, to acknowledge what 'is' and realize what isn't.

Visual perception of environment.
