Sidney Sheldon

Any Sidney Sheldon fans here?

Re: Sidney Sheldon

when I was in the 11th, 12th. I wouldn't read them now.

Back then I'd read most of his books, leaving out maybe a few.

when I started, I found them way too interesting. Infact I loved the other side of midnight and its sequel. also tell me your dreams. then I sort of grew out of them, and started to find each one like the next.

but yes, I did enjoy them at one time.

Re: Sidney Sheldon

Re: Sidney Sheldon

You can't call me Sidney Sheldon fan, but I have read Rage of Angels, Windmills of the Gods, and flipped through Nothing Lasts Forever.

Re: Sidney Sheldon

His stories are very thrilling, they're not going to end up on any school's reading list but it's a good way to pass a few hours (or days). I started reading them in high school but stopped after a year or two.. but now enuff time has passed and im starting to read them again..

Re: Sidney Sheldon

tell me ur dreams and Rage of Angels are awesome

Re: Sidney Sheldon

…I love sidney sheldon especially .. If tomorrow comes…WOW

Re: Sidney Sheldon

^^ I didnt like If Tomorow Comes to much; really liked Master of the Game.

Lekin yeh I dont think I'm a fan.

Re: Sidney Sheldon

I have read almost all of his novels. I wont mention here the ones that I liked but instead I will mention the only one that I didnt like. I think, "Doomsday Conspiracy" was a bit childish for Sheldon's standards.

I think i would have liked this book more if it was writen by someone else e.g. Brian Lumley but from writers like Sheldon I expected more realistic and near to life story.

I think Rage of Angels and Master of the game are among his best books.

Re: Sidney Sheldon

Master of the game is an excellent book. I loved the way as the story moved from one generation to the other. His story usually revolves around strong and inspiring female characters.

Re: Sidney Sheldon

**I only read "Doomsday conspiracy" ......... and after that decided not to read him again .......

But after reading Black Mamba post............. i think i shud read few more of his novels
**

Just read one of his books: "Windmills of God". It was quite a thriller!

Re: Sidney Sheldon

I read Tell Me Your Dreams a long time ago and I thought that was really interesting. Haven't read any of his other work, but I think I would like to.

Re: Sidney Sheldon
