its a composite image i just did quickly, so obvs not the neatest, and she’s a gori bride lol but you get the idea.

the girls i saw sporting this hairstyle had pretty much exactly this hairstyle and it looked lovely. i’d avoid it if you have a very round face though or chubby cheeks. it’ll just make you look rounder.

This looks really nice! And more modern then the beech ki maangh - although I like the center part :slight_smile: I’m not a big fan of the side part - if its not done right it looks a bit werid.

Oh that looks pretty good!! I think I might go for that. I look weird with a centre part. I don't want to have my hair down though I think it interferes with the clothes and jewlery. I'm gonna try it myself tonight :) I hope it won't highlight my big forehead...

your teeka will cover your forehead anyway- just make sure its in proportion to your face and face shape.

i dnt like side bang..its just my opnion....clear forhead gives u a more neat look

As long as you have a good hairstylist, they wl do the job well.

It really depends on your face cut and makeup. I've seen brides with it and they've all looked gorgeous! If done right, it gives you a young and glam look :)

mind you I've only seen two brides with it, haha :P

I think I like the clear forehead more. But I've seen a few beautiful picks with side bangs and tika. What annoys me is when the arrangement of the hair is such that the tika is not held in place and just flops around. As long as it stays in one place and it looks neat.

also i think it looks dumb when ppl put the tikka on top of the side part it should stay under it just looks more elegant that way

Yes i have seen brides wearing side bangs and tika simultaneously....looks good but ofcourse listen to the suggestions about tucking the chain under ur bang...Good luck!

If it's a side part........I think the tika looks pretty when it is set under the bangs. If the tika lies on top of the bangs....it flops around and looks weird.
