As you are all such a diverse group of people i would like some opinions on half/step siblings
Is it wrong to think of your half brother as your step brother just because your mother did not give birth to him?
I have found through experiance and many peoples opinions that one feels closer to their half sibling if he/she was a half sibling from their own mother..is this so wrong? does this mean our fathers are not as important as our mothers?
well i think it all depends on why you have a step sibling in the first place... divorce? death? who's fault it was that broke up the previous marriage.
But yeh one things for sure the lady of teh house does in most cases hold her "home" together so when bht kids come from the same mother there is no competition of jealousy between siblings for their mothers attention.

why does it depend? and if the lady of the house holds her home together is there any real need for a man to be in the house?
