infrastructure projects require lots of foreign exchange. if we had $1bn of forex as was the case at the end of 90’s, we would not be seeing development. private sector cant do anything if govt is mismanaging the economy and economic indicators look very bad.

Absolutely right. God Bless President Musharaf and his govt. for unprecdented amount of infrastructure projects taking place, and FDI that is coming into Pakistan.
