why is it that i become shy when i talk to people who i like, admire or love on the phone or face to face? i become really nervous especially on the phone and cannot talk properly.

Aisha, if you love or like somebody you become nervous because you become self complex and feel lack of confidence infront of them. Trust me all have become like that one time or other. The best solution is to get to know them first, maybe through emails and then phones first so you can get used to them. When souls meet there is no complex or lack of confidence. :)
