why is it that i become shy when i talk to people who i like, admire or love on the phone or face to face? i become really nervous especially on the phone and cannot talk properly.
Have you experianced this too?

but i feel nervous first time i mean b4 calling when i have fone in my hand and im pressing the buttons thats it but im all cool when i start talking 
and when im face to face im not nervous even for the first time
