Salaam everyone…
…so I had some qeema one day,and decided to make qeema parathas.Turned out really nice,and a hit with the family.Well,made another couple of times.No problems.
Now…I find the qeema shrinking away from the edges and sukkurr se jaate hai…IYKWIM.They look awful,although the taste is still ok.
So what am I doing wrong??..I use the leanest meat,and have not added anything different from before,so why are they sukkurring??..
