What are some tricks for making shrimps so they’re not rubbery?

Yes buy raw deveined shrimp ad cook them for only 8 minutes.

^ Time is a bad idea…oven types vary, gas flame varies.
But yeah…don’t overcook. Best thing to do is look at the shrimp…when it becomes opaque/pink and is curling up…turn the heat off. Buy fresh shrimp…the frozen farmed stuff tastes like nothing. Wild, fresh shrimp are just amazing.
