After a female Muslim was assaulted by several EDL supporters on Saturday The Islamic Standard NGO has issued a warning .
TIS has warned all Muslim citizens in Bradford to watch out for mobs of EDL thugs attempting to get into Muslim areas to cause trouble. In a statement published on The Islamic Standard Website it is mentioned a right to self defence is allowed in British law where citizens or others are attacked by EDL .
The statement also adds : Sisters are warned it might be better to stay at home for the rest of the day, as the EDL do not respect women, especially Muslimahs and have attacked and intimidated Muslim women and other soft targets at previous demonstrations even though they will usually run away when the men come out and confront their intimidating behaviour. http://www.presstv.ir/detail/140499.html
English Defence League supporters gathering in Bradford city centre turned violent after the far right group supporters climbed up the barricade garden and started throwing smoke bombs , cans , stones and bottles and insulting the opponents including Muslims.
Despite the threat posed by the EDL demonstrators , police has so far fell short of containing the violence against Muslims and other ethnic minorities . Only 5 people has been arrested while the fanatic supporters wearing balaclavas started trashing local property, stealing police gear and insulting Islamic values.
The extremist supporters from many towns across England including Manchester, Hull, Stock port, Dudley, Merseyside and Stoke met in Halifax prior to travelling to Bradford under police escort.
Good that it passed relatively well. The EDL just wanted to cause a riot and divide communities in Bradford. Thye claim they dont like extremist Muslims yet they attack our Prophet, which becomes an insult to all Muslims.

Abdul Salaam is confused. If he is tackling extremism then why go and join a bunch of racists...I can just imagine EDL members sat in a pub laughing at the fool.
Obviously nothing wrong with protesting Islamic extremism but how is supporting a group that wants to ban the burqa completely (and isn't it ironic they're against Muslim women covering their faces but so many of them are wearing balaclavas and scarves hiding their own faces at marches), stop mosques being built etc doing that?? Perhaps if Muslims organised their own marches against terrorism that little niche wouldn't be there tho
