No women should not even get educated and just sit at home raising babies. Who gives a jack **** about women, they should just sit at home and forget about working. 
Of course THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY PLEASE.

What if they opt to stay home and raise babies? Why “raising a baby” is always taken as jahil aurat changing diapers 24/7 ? There is lot to be achieved to be a wonderful mom. Raising good kids takes more than working 8 hours a day.

I agree, raising babies is one of the hardest jobs in the world. It has nothing to do with education.

depends,
if she is single and she wants to work and the immediate family has no reasonable issue then OK
if she is married and both of the spouses agree on it then OK
if she is married with growing up kids then in my opinion Not because at this age the kids need proper and complete attention of the mother ( more then the father )

p.s why can't life be simple as this If-Then-Else statement?

women should work if they want ... else stay home ... raising n grooming of children itself is a big duty ...home n taking care of kitchen department is a full time job if som1 take it serious thn only .

Decent I was being sarcastic! Taking out my anger. Of course I support those people that want to be housemakers and raise kids or those people that want a career oriented life or in between. It's up to the individual!

Depends on the circumstances. If her husband is struggling or not making enough money to live a decent living she may have to and in other instance if she wants to work. I am all in favor of raising your kids with a mother but in some circumstances it's not easy to do.
