Recent talk talk hackers and hearing that it could happen again is it better to take direct debit details off and not give anyone your account details. Or is this something not to be worried about

Ok lets see. Wut will you do if you get worried? You’ll take all the precautions that you need to take either way no matter what. Like keeping minimum cards/using it within the most secure networks and all that. Nothing changes. And yes you shouldnt give your account detail to anyone either..especially to Kaka. Is it possible to get by with no direct debits and not giving out account details? Would have thought you'd be at much greater risk of missing payments and causing havoc with your credit rating if you didn't have any direct debits..
We're with TalkTalk but luckily the passwords are different so we're less at risk but their attitude towards the hacking has made us want to switch..
