American society is not anywhere near as corrupt as in Pakistan. We don't have jaahils roaming the streets like animals causing problems left and right.

USA does not trust the Pak govet agencies including intelligence and armed forces. that is why they don't and won't agree to pre-clear or joint operations. Pakistan ofcourse has no means or willingness to stand up to such a stand.
