this will not happen , in my opinion
what i had talk to my friends in security agencies, according to them , mullah their getting money from RAW , barinwashing the teenagers in name of islam and basharat of janna etc etc then sending them with pin point targets told to them by the RAW agents

mullahs should fear allah now. They are getting motivated and receiving money from a predominantly pagan organization.

and also america and indian army in kashmir must be so angry with this move by RAW
