where does individual responsibility go in this scenario?
we can make society at large responsible by having tax payers cover this
or have manufacturers cover it
btw all obese people are not fastfood chain products, especially in desi community where fastfood is not a norm.

I agree if a product is bad inherently e.g. a cigarette then yes, make the manufacturer pay, but if its just some dude eating 3 dozen gulabjamun a day then what can u do?
