^^ It is sad to see this case turning into political sideshow between Bharat and Pak.
Sarabjit's TV confession and the due course of legal process all the way to Supreme court shows that he is not being framed.
However he should be given life sentence and not a death by hanging. We have worst offenders of our law who have gone unpunished.

One of the best PMs that Pakistan ever produced was hanged with no qualms for justice and propriety.
The confession would have been fabricated and my sympathies to Sarabji for becoming a pawn in this game of one upmanship...

^ A RAW agent and terrorist of India who conducted many bomb balsts in Pakistan and was apprehended while smuggleing explosives from Sindh to Punjab.
Since last decade or so, his family memebrs have been denying his identity in Pakistani jail and now suddenly Indian government has raised this drama to create another front with Pakistan.
I think he should be hanged 3 or four times and then thrown in acid tub to dissolve to a powder....... and then handed over to India to throw his ash in the Ganga river where Dogs and humans take bath at the same time.

I think that he is a RAW agent. He is well conversant in English, Hindi & Punjabi, something uncommon for a youth living in a border area before 90s.
Did he participate in bomb explosions? No. The Pak police have sacrificed him for Shia-Sunni conflicts.
One eye-witness has refused to recognize him. Another one was a fake identity.
In any cultured country the Court always revives the issue especially in a death sentence verdict if any eye-witness changes its earlier stand.
But with Pakistan it is different.
Ps, his commitment on TV camera…..give us Musharraf to our Police custody and we will make him commit that he has sold Pakistan to Mr Bush for a very little amoun.
