Re: Should Pakistan start executing all convicted spies?
You seriously need to think before you post next.
Let me take your analogy further... Executing convicted *criminals * may be far more feasible than providing them foolproof security as the likes of you would like to have in place. Do you have any idea how expensive that would be? It's not just their security, you also have to consider other factors that go into keeping a convicted ** criminal ** alive. Where will that money come from?
No requirement of jails. Only the firing squad is required. Lot of money can be saved that way I suppose.
That said, I think it is common sense to assume that US would have the largest number of spies in Pakistan. Please prove me otherwise. It is another matter that there would be no convictions even if they are caught. Everybody loves Raymond I suppose.
Which common sense is that? You said Pakistan has the most number of spies in Jails right now belonging to U.S. twice. I asked you to provide me a source to back up that sweeping statement. Instead of backing up what you said with something from a credible source, you start asking me to prove your statement.
So let me ask you again, How do you know that the largest number of spies in Pakistan right now are from U.S.? U.S. does not share a border with Pakistan, has not literally fought wars with Pakistan through its' history. India on the other hand not only shares a border, but has had a proven track record of espionage with 1971 being a prime example, and it has not stopped since. You don't need me to show you that, every able-minded child knows that.
Discussion requires integrity. If you cannot back up what you say, then please don't make statements that have no foundation. When you assume, well..you know the rest.
Your next post should contain a source making evident that u.s. has the largest number of convicted spies in Pakistani jails right now, and not Indian or Afghani spies. If you cannot, do not post again. I will not have you derailing the discussion with your opinions being stated as facts.
