And you know this, how? Can we get a manifest listing nationalities of all the spies?
Executing convicted spies may be far more feasible than providing them foolproof security as the likes of you would like to have in place. Do you have any idea how expensive that would be? It’s not just their security, you also have to consider other factors that go into keeping a convicted terrorist alive. Where will that money come from?
