Brother, your argument is absolutely wrong, and there are many reasons for that.

Kashmir disputed territory between India and Pakistan. When Pakistani tribes were advancing in Kashmir, India sent their forces and UN brokered ceasefire was imposed. After simla agreement, ceasefire line was changed to LOC.

Condition of ceasefire (accepted by Indian Nehru government) was that Kashmir would be disputed territory, and plebiscite would decide future of Kashmir.

As Kashmir was supposed to be disputed territory waiting for plebiscite, Pakistan never annexed Pakistani controlled Kashmir (, but India annexed Kashmir (called Azad Kashmir, Gilgit and Baltistan). India also gives Kashmir, special status.

If Kashmir becomes autonomous or semi-Autonomous region, than also it has to be with consent of India and Pakistan.

If Pakistan forgo their right over Kashmir, than Kashmir would become part of India, and then there could be no change on status of Kashmir, nor opportunity for Kashmiris to decide their future.

For India, Kashmir would be just like Indian Punjab, Assam or any part of India. People there wanting independence would be irrelevant.

India is such an arrogant beast that they occupied many countries (independent territories) and merged them with India, without caring of world opinion, UN, or will of people in those territories. Some examples are Hyderabad (occupied in 1948), Travancore (1949), Junagarh (1948), Sikkim (1975), Goa (1987), etc.

So, you can understand that once Pakistan disown Kashmir, India would make Kashmir an integral part of India, without caring about the will of Kashmiries. Without Pakistan backing, Kashmiries would not be able to even fight for independence.

Actually, if Pakistan becomes militarily weak, India would not even hesitate to attack Azad Kashmir to annex with India.

So ... there is no option with Pakistan other than staying militarily strong, to defend Pakistan and Pakistani right over Kashmir.

If Pakistan agrees on autonomous or semi-autonomous Kashmir, that itself would be compromise.

They are involved or not..Pakistan should take them to task...get them eliminated...

The news is Rangers have been given green signal to conduct operation in Punjab...hope thus happens this year and we get to live in safer Pakistan
