should Muslims believe in Pir's?

I read somewhere that communicating to jins is strictly forbidden in Islam, be it a good jin or a bad one. but then why do we have so many holy pirs in Islam communication to jins? should we believe in them if they are disobeying Allah (SWT).

A pir is someone who who is pious, follows the teaching of Holy Prophtet SAWW.

Yeah Jin walay Pir Nahin Shaitaan hai, Piroon ke naam par dabba haiN, they are giving bad name to all these pious people.
