^ This is your main problem. If this is an arranged type situation, and you two are not officially engaged, then I would not take ANY risks at offending her parents. If her family is conservative, then the last thing you need right now is for there to be some type of “misunderstanding”. So be 100% sure that her parents will NOT take offense at her receiving a gift from a guy who’s not even her fiance. In addition, make sure you parents are aware that the gift is being sent.
