should I seek legal dvice

Or is it too late?
A dentist ruined my teeth by giving me crowns when (looking back) I really dont think I needed them and now im having problems. I think it was at least ten years ago and I was too young to know any better. But i think its too late now.

What do you think

Statute of limitations probably ran out a long time ago.

Wasnt it a choice that you made to get it done? How could the dentist have known you would have problems now, ten years later.

You have no case...You made a wrong choice, your mistake not the dentist's. If s/he told you that it was needed and didn't tell you about the side effects, etc then you had a case but I'm sure you can't sue him after this long...

That's why God invented parents.

Yeah with what Munni said:the statue of limitations ran out a long time ago perhaps.

too late now..... but for future references...be careful cuz alot of these dentist are butchers. I work in a dental lab so i deal with alot of dentist on daily basis and believe me there are some dentist out there, which you would go for regular cleaning check up and you'd come out with a crown or perhaps even a bridge. Some of these dentist are butchers, so be careful.

In many health related case you have upto 20 years to sue someone.
Please seek a legal advice ASAP.

my doc cut a scar of mine which grew 5 times bigger… but i cant be bothered sueing :bummer: its not as if u can go back in time…

It depends where your living :) in some countries you can sue them till they r dead :)
