I need a new scale and I have always used dial ones because they’re cheap and give a general idea. However, those new snazzy scales with the body fat measure and digital reading look appealing. Anyone tried those or any other digital scales?

there is this weight watchers one. I think its really good.

oh and the body fat ones, the only real way body fat can be measured used to be the skin fold test but ther is a new device which you have to hold in your hands so that it can tell you exact points..so I dont think that the weighing machines can do that.
