for grounds, ill suggest you ask your fiance to check the model town D block ground. its very veryyyy spacious for a lavish mehendi of 300 people. 1100 per head without flowers is alil pricey. You can get the same thing done in 950 per head including flowers+stage and a wooden dance floor. frankly depends how much dough you feel happy dishing out. just for reference, wen my parents, myself n my fiance went to Nadeem, after a meeting of 2 hrs we outrightly rejected him as an option coz
a) the manager had a "i know it all" attitude which was just being over smart n my family stands to have zero tolerance for such characters...lol
b) the food was just OK
c) he had mismanaged by fiance's friendz valima - food shortage, late setup, no remorse or apologies for making the groom run around after caterers during the function: so a word of caution - be careful!
Also, one line of caution babe: outsourcing to a caterer doesn't mean u won't need to worry and u can leave everything to them:P they need to be kept a check on all the time to ensure dey manage things in time and smoothly. however if you have a party decorator hired then your headache is minimized.
Suggest your fiance to also try out Diwan-e-Khaas. they have good food and good customer service. lemme know if you need a specific contact, i can PM u the guy whom my fiance is dealing with for Valima. He can give his reference too.
If your budget is 1100+ then after an initial discussion once comfortable with the caterer, u can increase the budget to ur desired level and ask ur caterer to Suggest something more lavish and worth the money.
