Should Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan get Dual Indian citizenship?

Persons of Indian origin get Indian citizenship. BJP wants to give Indian citizenship to Hindus and Sikhs who are Pakistani citizens .

Should Pakistan allow Hindus and Sikhs to be both Indian and Pakistani citizens?

Why should India give them dual citizenship? India isnt a Hindu/Sikh country is it?

Pakistan would be more justified in granting dual citizenship to Indian Muslims then India to Pakistani Sikhs and Hindus.
