The concept of marriage pre dates the big religions. Yes they should be allowed to get married, and have their relationship be called a marriage.
They shouldn't expect a church/religious ceremony however, at least not until religions evolve. Might be a long wait.

It's not like my opinion matters to any gay men out there but if I was to vote whether gay marriage should be allowed in Pakistan or not, I would vote No. Call me what you want but there's enough behayai in Pakistan right now to be endorsing yet another gunah-e-kabira.

well, legal marriage has a lot of medical, legal, and financial benefits. but families are in charge of reproduction which's the basic of the individual existence because to keep a culture alive you need the infusion of new life.

As long its 2 adults love each other and want to be together wish to marry, it should not matter whether or not they are straight or gay.
Yes, Gay marriage should be legalized, especially in a secular nation such as India.

what do u mean evolve? religion is what it is it can not be evolved. People can evolve, language can be evolved even culture but not religion. It can be interpreted and changed to what suits a person or people (as we see in the bible) but then we will get very confused and lost people no?

O please this whole spiel of gay marriage is such a crap. Their demands have nothing to do with their rights, its all materialistic. They want employers to pay for the health insurance of their sex partner, Govt to recognize them as the legal heir of the possessions of their sex partners and other economic greed.

Not just to be socially accepted for personal kinks but as married spouses. Is it really that crazy to want to be accepted by a society that demonizes homosexuality? I think people sometimes forget that homosexuality is still within the bounds of being human, they still have the same wants and needs.
