Was it just a stunt to get the cheap publicity for a Flop movie ? Or Did she really acted the way everone in the print media alleges ?
I am just wondering, where are our wonderful Multi Mullah Association ( a.k.a MMA ) ? How come they they seems to be silent or just lip service but no massive uproar. Did they get their share of the Pie from Meera ( means to share the money she made of of that movie ) ?

'Objectionable acting'? You mean, finally we should shoot actors who don't know how to act? Well, shooting them may be an overkill (no pun), but definitely something should be done to improve the standards of acting.
Or may be you are talking about the Kiss-that-no-one-has-seen-but-everyone-has-heard-about???

Unfortunately, I read Pakistani papers daily on the web. This news was not even worthy of printing but Pakistani press takes the story and runs with it.
BTW, I am waiting for that Movie too. Then will be discussed 2nd part of this story this is just a preview.

it was a publicity stunt. im not a fan of pakistani movies but i want to see the one with meera and the "kiss". im not the only one my cousins and sister want to see it to.

why such a hue and cry over such a immaterial incident.give her a break.she just kissed on screen.so wats the big deal.well she is not anybody's private property for someone to feel offended or ashamed by her acts.she is old and mature enough to decide wat is wrong/right for her.more over its her life and she has every right to live according to her own will
