Should Fergie apologise to Beckham?

Do you think Alex Ferguson should apologise to David Beckham after the boot that he kicked in a fit of rage accidentaily hit Beckham just above his left eye?

I personally reckon that Beckham will leave Man Utd at the end of the season.

Well I don't think a guy with a class of Fergueson will ever do anything such stupid.
But you could be true about Beckham leaving Manu.

Well if he was stupid enough to kick the ball and lose control then he should be man enough to apologise.

Fergie's the boss and no doubt he'll sort the situation out. Beckham needs to be kept in line - anybody who is dumb enough to get lumbered with Posh Spice obviously hasn't got a clue.

nyah he is jealous of posh spice.. nudge nudge wink wink say no more.

Come on guys… Posh was trying to engineer a move to Italy for Becks while making dumb comments on air about how he liked to wear her undies. That’s how gormless Beckham is. I think it’s probably a good thing that Fergie kicks his arse regularly otherwise who knows where he’d end up?

Extreme, I agree with you that Beckham doesn't have all that much between his ears... just a lot of empty space. I often wonder how anyone so thick could be captian of England? Listening to his interviews makes me cringe, he cannot string two sentences together. And as for his wife, she definately wears the trousers in that relationship (we all know Becks likes to wear Sarongs and his wife's thongs). They really are made for each other - who else would name their kids Brooklyn and Romeo, eh?

Anyway, credit where credit is due - and that's on the football pitch. Once he is out there in the middle, Becks is totally awesome and thats coz he lets his feet do the talking!

I wonder what would have happened if instead of hitting Beckham, the boot that Fergie 'accidentaly' kicked hit Roy Keane instead!!! Boy, I would love to have been a fly on the wall to have see the sparks fly then.

apology is appropriate.

Only in private. The incident happened behind closed doors and I'm sure the apology will also have been given in private if it was deserving.
