its not fair either for tax payers because we have to pay for their healthcare bills…if they take the risk, they must pay for the treatment.**

We should ban fat people too as they also cost the NHS a lot of money. In the UK most of the tax collected from cigerettes pays for the NHS, smoking is a disgusting habbit, but they do kind of pay for themselves healthwise.
