Should anyone have the right to judge others' religion?

Now adays alot of ppl love to tell others whether they r muslim or not. Alot of sects consider others out of Islam.

I don’t want to know which sect is Muslim or not because that would invite alot of arguments. I just want your opinions on whether a person or a group has the right to:

  1. deny any person the fundamental right to call him/herself the follower of any religion of his choice?
    *]determine, by interfering in religious matters, the religion of a person or a group?
    I would appreciate if this doesn’t turn into a battle against one sect or another. Just give your views on these 2 questions.

Religion is a private matter; however, being judgmental is not. Everyone has a right to pass judgement about others, whether right or wrong is another question. No need to fight about that.
