So basically they can go shoot anyone randomly who remotely looks a muslim, and get away with saying that they regretted the shooting. Good stuff.
i just watched the news! they killed an innocent man.
ok fair enough if he had a rucksack on him then it would have been suspicous circumstances of him tryin to hide a bomb, but he never had any sort of bag on him. this is a big big tragedy!
only thing i do not understand is why the guy carried on runnin when police officers warned him? he jus kept on runnin. hmmm?
were all the policemen running after him "plain clothe" or was any in uniform too? cuz if they were all "plain clothed" then how'd he know who is stopping him?
they were plain clothed officers.. but they shouted warnings to him, they said stop POLICE POLICE.. then they told all the other passengers to get down. he never listened and carried on runnin. then 5-6 shots were fired. after that R.I.P
Have they gone mad justifying shooting down people on their personal assumption of whats suspicious n whats not. This is such a perfect excuse to discriminate openly without consequences. So they said he was running, i doubt it.

In a situation where there have been retaliatory attacks carried out if some plain clothes guy run after you shouting police, police, you could run away thinking they are racists louts.
but further news has come that he was being monitored the whole day before he got shot!
i have no idea why but police said they were monitoring his activities from early in the mornin when he left his house.
i am totally against the idea of police jus shootin at randoms but think of this way!
- the previous day the police were lookin for 4 further terror suspects which they caught on CCTV
-2 weeks before that everyone knows wot happened with the bombs n stuff on 7/7
so when there is a high state of alert everywhere, especially within the transport system, and u get a guy who was bein monitored by the police, he was wearin a rucksack, kinda young, and he was asian, and he is runnin on the tube and not listenin to the police givin him warnings... tube full of passengers which he runs on...

He wasn't being monitored by the police - which is why they are having trouble ID-ing him. He simply left a building this morning that was being watched in connection with Thursday's incident.
They shot him 5 times in the head, without ever having known of his existence until that morning.
Then again, we are talking about the same police force that in 1999 shot a crippled man in the back of the head because they claimed they thought a table leg he was carrying was a shotgun.
Yeah the guy was Brazilian and I guess he probably didnt know too much english

He was a 27 years old Brazilian, named Jean Menezes according to itv news.

The Police have a lot of answering to do now. With the current talk of a 'shoot to kill' policy, this is a gold mine for many civil rights and extremist groups ready for a dig at the police.
