**The general book used for the preaching of preachers or Tablighis is ‘Fazail-e A’mal’ which does teach theology but not the practices of day to day life and the responsibilities and manners of a Muslim living in the society. Never in the book are included the teachings of being upright like not to tell a lie, to care about other people, to care about the neighbour, to help others in the hour of need. Similarly it does not include the right of a Muslim as husband or wife, the right of family, not to tell a lie, not to get or give a bribe, not to worship shrines or any one other than God Almighty, not to rely on charity only, to seek honour, to seek and teach every knowledge that can be better for humanity and knowing the might of Allah. **
** Islam is a thorough discipline of life and it should be correctly defined. A Muslim should be made aware of his throughout responsibilities of life and society. To become a monk or to live on charity and to consider that just prayers make a man aloof of all behaviour of social activities is not the teaching of Islam but may be of Budha. To serve own self and others and to be more useful and kind to the society is the teaching of Islam which is lacked by the preachers. Also preaching depends on actions and not words. A western said about the preachers or tablighis that we are not afraid of these people making others as Muslims but they themself are idle making others as themselves. So there is needed some change in the preaching system of Islam or the movement of Tabligh -e - Din. **

Yes, like they say in The Anjuman i Ahya al Islam, the official Name of Tablighi Jamaat.
Walk with them for 40 days and you will find out what it is all about.
They do not teach all the Ilm but tell you to aquire it and the fazail of aquiring Ilm i Deen!

As humans we can't judge anything or anyone. We can only talk. Then again if you want to talk, you got to walk..
I used to be like those people who criticize the work but then I decided to just spend 3 days with some brothers and it changed my life. I used to think this work was some kind of secret mission to gather people up and send them somewhere (seriously!!) :D
