Short term housing rental in Islamabad

My mother and sister will be visiting Pakistan for the month of August and good hotels there are pretty expensive. We were looking at alternative housing options and have seen furnished apartments advertised online from 30000/month to 200000/month. What is reasonable price for a one bedroom apartment in a safe area in Islamabad? My sister is insisting on having internet and they would both prefer uninterrupted power supply. Is there anyone in Islamabad who can point us to the right direction? Our budget would be maximum 50000 for one month.

Re: Short term housing rental in Islamabad

Hi,

I found one facebook page providing furnished apartments in Islamabad. Facebook

You can contact them using the details mentioned. Mostly Sector E and F are good options but sector E is bit far unless the visitors have a car and it may be difficult to find short term rental in sectors F-7, F-6, F-8 sectors.

It is better that you have someone in Islamabad who can quickly visit the place and help you make the final decision.

Bahria Town is another option as far as security and power issues are concerned but they are in Rawalpindi.
