A vibrant well-qualified and research-oriented faculty is essential for such an endeavor. The HEC has several on-going programs to infuse a culture of excellence and quality research in the universities. A vast human resource yet to be untapped which could provide the impetus for fast track development in public universities and degree-awarding institutions, are the expatriate Pakistani researchers and academician.

It is hoped that close interaction of the host university faculty and students with the Visiting Faculty will open avenues for future research collaboration and faculty exchanges.
