I am getting married to someone who is around 2 inches shorter than me.I am not feeling very confident about our couple and at times this thing really makes me sad.Can u please post the wedding pix of those couples where the groom is shorter than the bride?I just want to have an idea how the couple looks.Thanks.

i know this couple where the girl is at least 5-6 inches taller then him. but they are madly in love with eachother (even though it was totally arranged) he is younger and shorter. but he is really nice and caaring. so no one really cares about the height and age difference.

My husband is shorter than me. Believe me, it does not matter how tall or short he is it's how he treats you. You need to be confident in yourself. Don't worry about how pictures will look, just enjoy your day. Pictures are just a moment in time, if he's a good guy that is what matters.

I can understand your concerns, but don't let it consume your big day. My husband is a couple of inches shorter me without heels, I still wore kitten heels on my wedding and the pictures still came out amazing. As others have said, don't worry about the pictures be confident and it will reflect in the picture too. As long he treats you well and you have great understanding that's the main thing.

i agree, the most important thing is that you two are happy together and that he loves and cares about you. If you have that, then consider yourself luckier than most girls. Short or not, a couple's happiness always reflects in the pictures!

hey..dont worry about it hun!my fiancee is a bit shorter than me..and hes alwayz messing about saying hes going to have to wear some sort of heel on the wedding or im going to have to go bare foot..(as if thats going to work with my lehnga lolz)
just as long as hes the 1 4 u..height doesnt matter xxx

ill be honest with u hun,...i had the exact same thought on our engagament..coz i was gna be wearing heels..but u knw wot,,surprisingly u cant even notice the difference.
1 tip tho..i sort of stood with a leg slightly bent so i was standing straight and tall..that seemed 2work..and u wnt be able to tell with ur outfit either lolz xxxxxx

it doesnt matter...my fiance and I are of the same height... i kept having this thought that on our BIG DAY i would be in heels & would look taller thn him, till one day i realized ... the more i think about this the more this "issue" was consuming me... and even if everything does go perfect this thought would still linger sumwher in my mind.. lyk while taking pics i would be like " umm m i looking taller thn him.." "is the pic going to come better in this pose or that" ..so jus stop thinking about it.. and focus on relaxing before your big day .. inshAllah you'll have a perfect wedding :)

Thanks but you both are of the same height while my husband is shorter :)..so i am somewhat more nervous..

ps. height, complexion, weight doesn't make any couple an ideal couple but the relationship/understanding/respect b/w them. :)
